5. Affiliates

The Affiliates section is where you monitor and manage all affiliate partners connected to the platform. It provides a full breakdown of their performance, referred players, and earned commissions, making it a key tool for tracking marketing efficiency.

Period Statistics

At the top, a set of performance cards gives a quick overview for the selected date range. These include:

• Referrals GGR – total gross gaming revenue generated by referred players.
• Affiliate Referrals Wager – total bet volume from referrals.
• Affiliate Referrals Bet Count / Average – number of bets placed and the average bet size.
• Affiliate Referrals Deposits Count / Amount / Average – how many deposits referrals made, total value, and the average deposit amount.
• Affiliate Referrals FTD Count / Amount / Average – first-time deposits count, value, and average amount.
• Affiliate Admin Tips – any manual tips or rewards given by admins.
• Affiliate Referrals Count / Active Referrals Count – total and currently active referred players.
• Affiliate Reward Taken – rewards claimed by the affiliate.
• Affiliate Total Withdrawals – total amount withdrawn by the affiliate.

These metrics allow you to measure the profitability and activity of each affiliate partner in detail.

Filtering & Customization

• Select Queries to Show / Select Admin Tips Tags to Show – control which statistics are displayed.
• Custom Date Range – choose a specific period to analyze performance.
• Search Bar – locate a specific affiliate by username.

Affiliate List Table

Below the statistics, a detailed table shows all affiliates with:

• ID – unique identifier in the system.
• Username – affiliate’s account name.
• Affiliate Level – tier level (e.g., Tier 1, Tier 2), indicating commission structure.
• GGR of Referrals – gross gaming revenue from their referrals.
• Active Referrals – currently active players under the affiliate.
• Total Referrals – all players brought by the affiliate.
• Earned Commission – commission accumulated based on their performance.
• More Info – extra details and actions for managing the affiliate.
